Marriage In Distress, Should You Divorce?
Do all couples give their all in a relationship, even when the marriage is in distress? With divorce rates that seem pretty outrageous it’s hard to reflect they do. But marriage is a touch you need to fight for, except it’s a completely helpless situation. The lover your wife has taken has made her pregnant or a touch like that.
Though, most marriage in distress problems are able to be worked through by a couple if they really want too. But there would need to be a commitment left between the pair, one that would make them continue to work on a marriage in distress. Trying different steps to see if they will help to rekindle a relationship they once had.
Though, for now we will only look at a couple who has other problems. Maybe the husband has suffered a heart attack and is not able to work anymore. We all know how small disability does to help with those bills. So now a wife who may have never worked outside the home needs to head out and find a job. The amount of stress that is on both partners is extreme in this case.
Divorce rates are tremendous when you compare several countries nearly the world. Japan has one of the lowest showing a 27% chance that a first marriage will end in divorce. Is that due to the way their culture is based upon a more submissive woman? Since I’m not a psychologist that can’t be predicted, but it does seem pretty odd when compared to the UK, where first marriages will end 70% of the time in divorce.
This statistic isn’t only the United States many other countries seem to have the same problems. One showing that first marriages in the UK finished 70% of the time in divorce. What makes marriage in distress so hard for people to work through, that the divorce rates are so high? Not everyone out there could have cheated on their spouse. There are numerous reasons for marriage in distress and divorces.
With that extra stress that both husband and wife are feeling, they may talk even less. Both may reflect if they voice their feelings the other will be hurt. And neither husband or wife wants to do this to the other. So they hold in these feelings along with the stress they feel it just keeps adding up.
Building up those feelings it may turn into a resentment that comes out completely different than when it was first just edginess. It’s sad to imagine but these types of things do happen all the time. But that doesn’t mean that each marriage in distress is a simple thing like this example. Marriage in distress problems stem from many things. This was a simple example to show how emotions when held inside can build, and become a touch completely problem causing.
Marriage in distress is a normal thing; everyone will have some sort of problem when they are married. But will they fight to maintain their spouse in a loving relationship, or just give up and go on. If you really like the person your with, fight, and fight hard. Push for therapy, or a book that may help you out. Don’t give in without a fight, even when the other person wants to push for a divorce.
