Recently my ex-GF told me that we are done and that she says that there is no way we can date again or talk and she wants to do whats best for her, and now you are probably thinking, well why am i asking that if thats what she said to me, but then the other day she sent me a txt saying, I love you, and i always will love you. So that got me thinking that maybe there is a way i can get her back, so i dont know what to do. plz help

If she’s an ex, there have to be some good reasons. If you want to go through all the same old stuff over again, then try to get her back. Otherwise move on.
You probably deserve better.
People can deeply love someone, but know deep down they aren’t right for them. I wouldn’t read into it. Not to mention, she is probably missing the comfort of just having you around, even if it wasn’t all good. I would let her be. If she wants you back, she’ll let you know.
Take her out for a casual drink or a quick lunch and talk this over. She may be feeling regret over breaking up with you. On the other hand, she may not want to go back to you, but can’t deny that she loves you and felt compelled to tell you this.
Either way, if you don’t want to be jerked around, nip this in the bud and ask her outright, face to face. But don’t demand it.
