So I've known this guy for about 4 years now, were both in grade 10, but we just started talking to eachother more this year, and so we dated for about 2 weeks, but we never really did anything I dont know why. but, a week ago, he said its kinda been awkward since we started dating which I agree it has, and so he said we should stop and just hangout and see what happens. and we still talk and text. but last weekend, he was hanging out with some friends, and told them that he still likes me, and he would date me if I wasnt so square. (one of my friends told me this). But im not square at all, I dont know what it is with him, but I reeaaaaally do like him, alot. so how can I show him that im not square? like, should I talk to him about this and what should I say? or should I just hug with and be more touchy?
